Is TaskiPay really free to join?+
Yes. There is no cost to create an account or use the platform. Anyone asking you to pay a fee to join TaskiPay is not affiliated with us.
Who can join?+
You must be 18 years or older and a resident of Kenya with an active M-Pesa number registered in your name.
How much can I earn?+
Most active members earn between KES 500 and KES 3,500 per month. Individual results depend on the number of surveys you qualify for and complete. TaskiPay is designed for extra income, not to replace a full-time job.
How and when do I get paid?+
Withdrawals are processed to your linked M-Pesa number within 48 hours once your balance reaches the KES 300 minimum. There are no withdrawal fees from TaskiPay; standard M-Pesa charges may apply.
Why did I not qualify for a survey?+
Every research study has its own target audience (age, location, interests). If you don't match, you'll be politely redirected — this is normal and not a rejection of your profile.
Is my data safe?+
We only store the information needed to match you with relevant surveys and to process your M-Pesa payouts. We do not sell your personal data. See our privacy policy for the full breakdown.
Can I refer friends?+
We do not run aggressive referral schemes or multi-level bonuses. You may share TaskiPay with friends, but you will not earn from their earnings.
How do I close my account?+
Email support@taskipay.co.ke from your registered email address and we'll close your account and delete your personal data within 30 days.
