Terms of service

These terms form a binding agreement between you and TaskiPay Kenya Ltd. Please read them before creating an account.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Kenya with an M-Pesa number registered in your own legal name.

2. Your account

  • You may only create one account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
  • You must provide truthful information in your profile. Falsified profiles invalidate rewards.

3. Rewards and payouts

  • Each survey clearly states the reward and estimated time before you start.
  • Rewards are credited to your TaskiPay balance after validation by the relevant research partner.
  • The minimum withdrawal is KES 300, sent to your linked M-Pesa number.
  • We do not guarantee a minimum number of surveys or a minimum income.

4. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to complete surveys.
  • Submit random, dishonest, or copy-pasted answers.
  • Use a VPN or false location data to access surveys.
  • Attempt to resell, transfer, or trade your TaskiPay account.

Any of the above may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of unpaid balances.

5. What TaskiPay is not

TaskiPay is not an employer, investment scheme, loan provider, lottery, gambling service, or cryptocurrency platform. Nothing on this website constitutes financial advice or a job offer.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the TaskiPay name and logo, is the property of TaskiPay Kenya Ltd. and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Kenyan law, TaskiPay Kenya Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot legally be limited.

8. Termination

You can close your account at any time by emailing support@taskipay.co.ke. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or applicable law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Nairobi.
